This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were available at every hours. The beds have been cozy and the other guests have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Extremely pleasant hotel and fantastic location. I Certainly endorse NH Wien City!

Stayed for 5 days with my spouse. Beds ended up comfy and the space was constantly clean up. The personnel were being really useful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
